What if my provider recommends
a clinic visit after TakeOut?

If you're self-pay, you’ll be credited $89 and pay just $16 at the clinic. If you've got insurance, you’ll pay your co-pay or deductible. 

How do I get started?

Schedule online or by phone (503 684-8252). Hold your reservation with a credit or debit card. If you schedule online, ZoomCare’s Help Team will call you for your card information. Note: To connect with Skype, you must accept the request to add the ZoomCare TakeOut clinic ID to your Skype contact list just before your call. And then a ZoomCare provider will contact you via Skype.
