Associates

We are looking for extroverted people passionate about service to greet patients, check out patients, perform basic laboratory tests and support our dispensing pharmacy. ZoomCare™ Associates work closely with our terrific physicians and physician assistants.

What you need to know:
The ZoomCare™ Associate is responsible for the patient experience. The Associate is the office quarterback. You must love people, be light on your feet, and be a quick learner. You must thrive in rapidly changing, high expectation, multi-tasking, high pressure environment. The Associate position is demanding. ZoomCare™ is open 7 days a week, 362 days a year and the Associate shift may be 10+ hours per day. Associates are expected to be available any day of the week and be very flexible with schedules.

Software Developer

Location:

Position:
Software developer. This is a contract to hire position.

Responsibilities:

Work with team to develop Patient Portal Applications: customer-facing, web-based software that enables patients/users to access clinical personal clinical records, personal financial information, interact online with medical providers
Integrate Portal with Third Party Applications and Services

Qualifications:

5+ years of enterprise software industry experience
Comfort with Extreme Programming, including the ability to work relatively independently to accomplish the rapid writing of efficient, elegant code after general guidance from Director
Must bring examples of code and consumer-facing applications that you have personally written
Solid Linux and/or Unix experience
Solid experience in a distributed computing environment (Java, PHP, SQL, XML, SOAP, JDBC)
Understands how to build and deploy production quality object-oriented applications with relational databases
Scripting languages (Perl, Ruby or Python) and Java are second nature
Has built production web applications using Apache
Has experience with front-end technologies (AJAX, CSS, GWT)
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent are a Plus, but not required

Recruiter

Responsibilities:
We are rapidly growing our team of Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, and Physicians. You will be responsible for creating a strong candidate pipeline and delivering on ZoomCare™ Clinician hiring and staffing targets for full-time, part-time, and contract Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, and Physicians.

This is a sales and networking position, for a person with a creative and "make it happen" approach to winning recruits over to ZoomCare™ and to meeting recruiting targets.

Responsibilities include sourcing (including managing advertising in online and clinician job sites, mailing list management, establishing relationships with area colleges and universities offering healthcare programs, on-site school and association presentations, and ZoomCare™ recruiting website management), pre-screening, coordinating interviews, and managing all interview-process communications.

May require up to 50% travel during peak recruiting times.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of experience recruiting in a healthcare or professional services environment (preferred)
Demonstrated success in direct sourcing and creative candidate generation
Proficient with applicant tracking systems, spreadsheets, Internet and email software
Effective oral and written communication skills required
Must be able to demonstrate analytical skills, solid thinking and teamwork

Operations Specialist

Overview:
ZoomCare™ operates seven neighborhood healthcare on demand clinics in the Portland metro area.

ZoomCare™ is hiring a full-time Operations Specialist to manage central support functions.

Responsibilities:
The Operations Specialist will be responsible for:

Scheduling medical professionals and support staff, including processing time of time off requests, tracking paid time off, converting schedules to budgets, and maintaining reports.
Inventory purchasing, receiving, and invoice reconciliation. Must achieve targeted stock levels for supplies and service levels for stock out responses.
Ensure facilities are maintained and issues are addressed at required service levels.
Manage key vendor relationships.
