Monica Harris, MD

Dr. Monica Harris, the oldest of eight children and the mother of three adult children, fulfilled her childhood dream by becoming a physician. Dr. Harris is an internist. She received her B.S. in Biology at MIT and her M.D. at Tufts University. She completed her internship at University of California - San Francisco Mt. Zion and her residency in internal medicine at Oregon Health Sciences University (OHSU). Her twenty-three year career has spanned the west coast, bringing her to various positions in locations around the Bay Area and Portland. Outside of her passion for medicine, she enjoys gardening, cooking, reading mystery novels and most recently, cycling.
