ZoomCare provides healthcare on demand in state-of-the-art neighborhood clinics throughout the Portland, Oregon metropolitan area. Each clinic is staffed by physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners who are specialists in every day healthcare: illness care, preventive care, and injury care. ZoomCare is breaking down the healthcare bureaucracy by inventing unusual customer conveniences such as guaranteed visit time, the price transparency pledge, sophisticated online support services, on-site point of care laboratory and dispensing pharmacy.
Our Belief
We believe that people everywhere - at home, across nation and around the world - want everyday healthcare with three attributes: 1) technically advanced, evidence-based care; 2) warm professionalism delivered with world-class conveniences; and 3) readily available at a clear, fair price. We founded ZoomCare because this value proposition was not readily available. ZoomCare's reason for being is to invent and perfect ways to deliver on this mission.
Our Customers
ZoomCare cares for thousands of Portland metropolitan area residents per month. Our customers are representative of the cultural and economic diversity of the Portland metropolitan area. In fact, our customers tend to live and work near a ZoomCare neighborhood clinic. ZoomCare accepts nearly all commercial insurance plans and has perhaps the largest uninsured practice as a percent of total customers in the Portland metropolitan area.

Our Commitment to Quality
ZoomCare applies rigorous performance review methodology to ensure it has the best providers delivering great care. We conduct regular one-on-one performance reviews based on a structured performance scorecard with escalation protocols based on performance levels. We also carry out frequent in-person observations, coaching and mentoring supervision to maintain the highest clinical quality.
Our Team
ZoomCare was founded in 2006 by Drs. David Sanders and Albert DiPiero. Drs. Sanders and DiPiero have previously co-founded two successful healthcare technology companies. The ZoomCare management team has deep experience in clinical care, information technology, operational logistics and customer service.
