ZoomCare is searching for dynamic people to run our Healthcare On Demand clinics! Our associates are responsible for a high level customer experience, facility and inventory management, and provider support. The ZoomCare Associate opportunity is great for candidates with strong multi-tasking skills looking to expand her/his customer service experiences into the healthcare field.
The ZoomCare Associate ensures that our clinics run smoothly. As the face of ZoomCare, our associates manage the patient schedule, run tests, maintain a clean and organized clinic, and provide essential support to our team of board-certified healthcare providers. Successful candidates will thrive in fast-paced environments, be eager to learn and master skills in the healthcare field, and ready to adapt to ever-changing situations. The ZoomCare Associate position is demanding; Our clinics are open 362 days per year and the Associate shift may be 10+ hours per day.
- At least one year working in a customer service environment (retail sales, hospitality, sales associate, etc.)
- Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
- Able to communicate effectively across multiple departments
- A strong track record of performance in school and work
- Able to easily navigate a computer and learn new software
Candidates must be willing to learn the phlebotomy skill. All ZoomCare Associates will be required to attend ZoomCare certification and educational classes in Phlebotomy.
