Julie Higgins has practiced medicine for over 16 years, seeing thousands of patients of all ages for illnesses and injuries as well conducting annual exams and counseling on preventive medicine. She has a strong background in cardiology and family medicine making her an ideal provider for young and old families in the Sellwood-Moreland neighborhood. Prior to ZoomCare, Julie was on staff for four years at Mount Sinai Medical Center, consistently ranked by US News & World Report as one of the nation’s top medical institutions. In addition to her PA degree and master’s degree in public health, Julie holds a bachelors of science degree in psychology from the University of Florida. She is also a combat veteran serving in the medical corps during two tours of duty.
