Headaches (minor)
Headaches are caused by many different things including stress, tension, and viral infections such as colds. Rarely headaches may be due to bleeding and tumors in the brain.
Headache treatment includes medicines for pain like ibuprofen. Rest, cold or hot packs on painful areas of the head and neck, and massage of the sore muscles may help.
