ZOOM+Care Video Visits

Worldwide Video Visits - Now $35

Our ZOOM+Care Video Visit is like a virtual house call, but better. We provide On-Demand medical visits with our board-certified providers on your mobile phone or computer. Worldwide video visits are available for ZOOM+ Performance Health Insurance members and anyone who has been to a ZOOM+ clinic in the past 18 months. If you are new to ZOOM+, video visits are available if you are in the Portland metro area or Salem.

ZOOM+Care Video Visits are proven to effectively diagnose and treat many common illnesses and injuries. Prescriptions can be sent to your preferred pharmacy at the end of your visit.

How it works

It's easy. If you’re over 18, schedule a time that works best for you—weekdays 8am to midnight and weekends 9am to 6pm.

  1. Schedule a visit time that works best for you.
  2. Open Skype* 5 minutes before visit. Have a cup of tea.
  3. Accept contact request from Zoom+.
  4. We’ll call you at the scheduled time.
*If you don't have Skype download it here.

How much does it cost?

ZOOM+Care Video Visits are only $35 if you self pay. Members of our ZOOM+ Performance Health Insurance get unlimited Video Visits for free. Yes, that’s right, free. Great news for you, due to recent legislation (that we helped pass) all insurance companies are required to cover video visits like a regular office visit.

If your provider recommends a clinic visit after your Video Visit, if you have insurance, you’ll pay your co-pay or deductible. If you're self-paying, we will deduct your video visit cost from the amount you owe. Questions, please see the pricing page for details.
