Passport Powered by ZoomCare Delivers Seamless Access for ZoomCare Patients to Advanced Laboratory and Imaging Services from Legacy Health

PORTLAND, Ore, (December 15, 2009) - ZoomCare, creator of Health Care on Demand, announced today the availability of the Personal Health Passport powered by ZoomCare, the simplest, most seamless and price transparent way for Portland area health care consumers to enjoy state-of-the-art neighborhood-based everyday health care and tightly integrated access to advanced laboratory and imaging services through a collaboration between ZoomCare and Legacy Health, debuting at Legacy Meridian Park Medical Center in Tualatin, Ore.

The ZoomCare Passport offers four new features: access to advanced laboratory and imaging services seven days a week, 12 hours a day on weekdays and 8 hours a day on weekends; a seamless customer experience between neighborhood clinics and test centers; transparent pricing and faster results reporting for ZoomCare customers.
With the introduction of this new program, Legacy Meridian Park Medical Center enables ZoomCare patients to have access seven days a week, 8 AM to 8 PM weekdays and 9 AM - 5 PM weekends.
In addition to expanded access, ZoomCare Passport provides price transparency for advanced laboratory and imaging services, a core tenet of the ZoomCare philosophy. ZoomCare will provide its customers with estimated prices of advanced laboratory and imaging costs up front.
Further, ZoomCare and Legacy Health have developed new materials and training to ensure a seamless customer experience from neighborhood clinic to test center. ZoomCare will be able to offers its customers faster results online, as well as by phone.
