We accept most major private health insurance plans. Check our list or call your insurance provider to see if you're in-network with ZoomCare.
*Please note, ZoomCare does not accept Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, or the Oregon Health Plan. We are unable to provide care if you are covered under any of these plans.
ZoomCare has clear and transparent uninsured medical prices.
Here's how it works:
Enter your credit card when scheduling online or with our apps for iOS and Android.
Bring your photo ID to your visit.
During the visit, you may see additional charges for labs and medications.
You will pay for the clinic visit, along with any medications or tests you receive, before you leave.
Your receipt will update in your account in the 'My Visits' section.
Note: These prices apply to uninsured patients only. If you have insurance, you may pay more or less for your visit than the prices listed below.
ZoomCare is in network with most insurance plans. Co-pay, co-insurance, and/or deductible is based on each individual insurance plan. Contact your insurance company for any questions about coverage.
ZoomCare makes every attempt to verify a patient's insurance benefits before the visit. If your insurance company isn’t able to verify your benefits, we’ll collect nothing at your visit except the cost of prescriptions. Once your insurance company has processed the claim, we'll collect your portion of the bill. This process typically takes 30 to 45 days.
ZoomCare does not accept cash or checks. A debit or credit card is required to make a reservation and payment.
ZoomCare does not accept Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, or the Oregon Health Plan. We are unable to provide care if you are covered under any of these plans.
If you have TRICARE, we will be able to provide care but TRICARE will not cover the cost and you will be responsible for the full amount of the visit at checkout.
