The prices on this page are the prices for customers who pay in full at the time of the visit with cash, credit, debit or check. ZoomCare makes it easy for customers without insurance by publishing our prices and providing a discount because we do not incur the cost of billing the insurer.

Head2Toe Annual Physical Exam is the easiest, most affordable annual physical exam for adults and families on the go. Just schedule online for a same-day or next day appointment. Head2Toe Annual Physical Exam includes an annual Pap for women and a prostate exam for men. Your ZoomCare™ Provider may recommend tests. Laboratory costs are not included in our published price.
