ZoomCare Primary Care Services

We're in this for the long run.
Most people know ZoomCare as urgent care providers, but we’re here to be your long-term partners in health, too. For all your non-urgent and chronic concerns, lab tests, and prescription refills, our primary care services will help keep you healthy and prevent illness. Our team-based approach delivers personalized, proactive, and evidence-based care that won’t break your budget.
What is ZoomCare Primary Care?
ZoomCare Primary Care is here to help you keep your body in tip-top shape so you don’t run into bigger problems down the road. Whether you need to refill a prescription, catch up on vaccinations, address a nagging health concern, or simply conduct an Annual Wellness Exam, ZoomCare can help! Our primary care providers can perform lab tests, biometric screenings, and prescription refills on site or, if needed, refer you to a specialist for further attention.
Why choose ZoomCare Primary Care?
You can choose from hundreds of same-day visits that start on time. You can even access care late at night and on weekends, too. No more waiting months for an appointment, only to wait another hour in the waiting room. Check-in is quick and easy, allowing you to see a qualified nurse practitioner, physician assistant, or board-certified Family Medicine doctor within days or even hours.
Most visits take 15-30 minutes, during which you’ll get the answers to all your questions about your health, your medications, and any long-term health concerns you might have.
For chronic diseases and health conditions like hypertension, diabetes, asthma, and others, see our Family Medicine services.
Annual Wellness Visit
Get the low down on your health with an Annual Wellness Visit
It's clichéd, but an ounce of prevention really is worth a pound of cure.
Unlike our Illness/Injury Visits (which are laser-focused on addressing a single concern), our Annual Wellness Exams (also called, annual physicals or annual health check-ups) are the perfect opportunity to get a pulse on your general health and catch any issues before they become serious. During your visit, your primary care provider will take your vitals, make sure you’re up-to-date on any necessary labs, tests, and vaccinations, and help you identify your risk factors for disease and disability.
Sexual Wellness
Sexual health is a big part of adult life, affecting your physical, emotional, and mental well-being, so it’s important to keep track of. We can help!
ZoomCare offers a full array of sexual health services, including STI testing, HPV vaccinations, HIV testing and PrEP treatment, pap smears, treatment for erectile dysfunction, and more to ensure that you stay healthy and safe.
ZoomCare also offers family planning and safe sex services, including birth control, Plan B, and general contraceptive counseling. If you have questions about how to have sex safely and responsibly, this is the place to ask!
Mental Health
According to the CDC, 1 in 5 U.S. adults experience mental illness each year. If you're in need of mental healthcare, but don't know where to begin, ZoomCare is here to help. Our Primary Care providers are a great starting point for mental healthcare – whether you need a general screening or help managing an existing diagnosis. We can help you manage ADHD/ADD, Anxiety disorder, Bipolar disorders, Depression, and more.
Our Primary Care Providers can also refer you to mental health speciality care if needed. ZoomCare Mental Health Specialists are a great resource for more in-depth care. Learn more about ZoomCare's Mental Health Specialty services.
Seasonal Allergies
For some, seasonal allergies are a minor annoyance. For others, pollen season is the most dreaded time of year, leading to watery eyes, trouble breathing, aggravated asthma, and worse.
If you suffer from seasonal allergies, visit ZoomCare! We offer one-on-one provider-patient consultations to help assess the scope of your allergies and diagnose the problem. We can then recommend over-the-counter and prescription medications that will help clear up your symptoms and get you back out in the great outdoors in no time!
How to prepare for a Primary Care visit
Visit our website (or use the app) ahead of time to schedule your visit. Arrive at the appointed time and pay at checkout when your treatment is complete. If you’re taking medication, it’s helpful to bring a list of any medications you’re currently using. It’s really that simple!
