Each authorized representative will have the same rights to access and communicate through the dependent’s ZoomCare account. Each authorized representative agrees that if he or she becomes aware of any change in any authorized representative’s relationship to the dependent that may result in the authorized representative no longer qualifying as an authorized representative, the authorized representative will advise ZoomCare of the same.
