    How do I schedule a visit?

    To schedule a visit go to zoomcare.com or download the iOS App. Choose from over 1000 same-day visits for urgent care, primary care, specialist care, alternative care, and much more. Zoom is phone free. To reduce costs and provide better care we ask that you schedule with the App.

    Looking for the best times?
    Urgent Care -- schedule for the next day starting at 6:00 pm the day before.
    Primary Care -- schedule for the next day starting at 6:00 pm the day before.
    Pediatric Care -- schedule up to 21 days out.
    Specialist Care -- schedule up to 30 days out. No referral required.

    How do I schedule a visit for my kids?

    Scheduling for your child is easy! We can care for your child at any of our neighborhood clinics. If you need pediatric vaccines or a well-child check, schedule with one of our Pediatricians.

    How to schedule:
    1) Go to zoomcare.com or download the iOS App.
    2) Choose the time, location, and doctor that works for you.
    3) Next, log into your account or create an account for yourself (you must be over 18 years old).
    4) When finalizing your visit, you'll be asked "Who is this visit for?" Choose "Someone else" and enter your child's information or select them from the drop down.

    When to schedule:
    Urgent Care -- schedule for the next day starting at 6:00 pm the day before.
    Pediatric Care -- schedule up to 21 days out.

    Note: Your child's account can only be linked to one parent's account. Your accounts will be linked until your child turns 18 years old.

    How can I download your app?

    The ZOOM+Care iOS App can be downloaded on the iTunes Store. Download now.

    If you have an Android phone, use our web App at zoomcare.com.

    How do I schedule a visit with a ZOOM+Care Specialist?

    To schedule a ZOOM+Care Specialist visit go to zoomcare.com or download the iOS App. You can schedule a visit with a Specialist in Dermatology, Orthopedic, Gynecology, Internal Medicine, and more with no referral required.

    How to schedule:
    1) Go to zoomcare.com or download the iOS App.
    2) Choose your Specialists from the top-down menu.
    3) Choose the time, location, and doc that works for you.

    When to schedule:
    Specialist Care -- schedule up to 30 days out. No referral required.

    Note: Your insurance may require a referral to cover your care. Check with them directly before scheduling.

    Can I schedule two visits in one day?

    You can schedule as many ZOOM+Care visits as you'd like, but many insurance companies will only pay for one per day. Check with your insurance provider to see if your second visit on the same day is covered.

    What type of doctor will I see?

    All of our doctors are licensed and additionally certified by ZOOM+Care's rigorous clinical standards. You'll get care from one of our licensed Medical Doctors (MDs and DOs), Naturopathic Doctors (ND), Nurse Practitioners (FNP or NP), or Physician Assistants (PA).

    If you have a doctor preference, you can schedule with a provider of your choice at zoomcare.com or with the iOS App 

     

    How do I reschedule or cancel a visit?

    To reschedule your visit, go to your Timeline at zoomcare.com or the ZOOM+Care iOS App.

    1. Select "Timeline" from the main navigation
    2. Log into your account when prompted
    3. Select "Reschedule"
    4. Select a new time for your visit
    5. Verify who you’re scheduling for and how you’re paying
    6. Confirm

    Your new visit will appear in your Timeline.

    How do I reschedule my imaging visits or lab visits?

    Call our Help Team at (503) 684-8252 to reschedule your lab or imaging visits.

    How do I schedule my surgery at ZOOM+Care?

    If one of our ZOOM+Care Specialists referred you for surgery, call our Help Team at (503) 684-8252 to schedule your surgery. We currently don't schedule surgeries online.

    Can I get a referral to see a non-ZOOM+Care doctor?

    If our doctors decide you need to see a specialist, you'll be referred to a ZOOM+Care Specialist. If we don't offer the specialists care you need, we'll refer you to one of our ZOOM+Care Partners to make sure you're getting the best care.

    Does ZOOM+Care have interpreters?

    Yes.

    If English is your second language we have bilingual doctors and interpretive services.

    Check if your doctor is bilingual:
    1. Go to zoomcare.com or the iOS App.
    2. Click on the doctor's name and it will take you to their profile.
    3. Languages spoken are listed.

    OR

    Arrange for on-site interpretive services:
    1. Arrive at least 15 minutes early for your scheduled visit.
    2. Our clinic staff will set up the service for your visit.

    Note: Sign Language interpretation is available in Portland. An interpreter will need to meet you onsite for your visit.  

    I have a referral to get care outside of Zoom. How do I schedule?

    To schedule a referral outside of Zoom, go to zoomcare.com or the iOS App.

    First, find the referral in your Timeline.

    1. Select "Timeline" from the website or the App.
    2. Login to your account if prompted.
    3. Select the relevant visit date.
    3. Select “Visit Summary."

    Second, check if the doctor is in-network.

    Contact your insurance company and give them the doctor's information. They'll confirm if the doctor is in-network with your plan. If the doctor isn't in network, you can use the referral for any doctor that your health insurer covers.

    Finally, share your record with the doctor.

    To share your records, download each visit as a PDF. You can access your medical records, including upcoming and past visits, labs, and X-rays, from your Timeline.

    1. Select "Timeline" from the navigation.
    2. Login to your account when prompted.
    3. Select the “Provider Note” of your choice.

    I need my blood drawn. How do I schedule at ZOOM+Care?

    If your ZOOM+Care Doctor ordered labs and you just need to schedule a blood draw, call the ZOOM+Care Help Team at (503) 684-8252.

    Need your labs ordered? Schedule a visit on zoomcare.com or the iOS App. Our doctors will determine which labs you need, and your blood will be drawn before you leave.

    How do I schedule an X-ray, Ultrasound or CT scan?

    To schedule an X-ray, Ultrasound, or CT Scan go to zoomcare.com or the iOS App.

    How to schedule:

    1. Select "X-ray, CT, Ultrasound" from the drop down menu  
    2. Choose the time, location, and doctor that works for you.
    3. Next, login to your account, or create an account for yourself (you must be 18 or older).
    4. Schedule your visit. If a doctor outside of Zoom ordered your imaging you'll be asked to enter that doctor's information.
