Note: your child's account can only be linked to one parent's account. Your accounts will be linked until your child turns 18 years old.

To schedule a ZOOM+Care Specialist visit, go to zoomcare.com/schedule or download the iOS App or Android app. You can schedule a visit with a Specialist in Dermatology, Orthopedic, Gynecology, Internal Medicine, and more without a referral.

When to schedule:
You can schedule Specialist care up to 30 days in advance. No referral is required. Note: Your insurance may require a referral to cover your care. Check with them directly before scheduling.
All of our providers are licensed and additionally certified by ZOOM+Care's rigorous clinical standards. You'll get care from one of our licensed Medical Doctors (MDs and DOs), Naturopathic Doctors (ND), Nurse Practitioners (FNP or NP), or Physician Assistants (PA).
If you have a doctor preference, you can schedule with a provider of your choice at zoomcare.com/schedule or with the iOS App
Reschedule
To reschedule your visit, go to your Timeline at zoomcare.com or the ZOOM+Care iOS App.
Your new visit will appear in your Timeline.
Cancel
If you need to cancel, you can do so up to one hour before your scheduled visit. Just log in to your Timeline on the web or our iOS app.
Please note: if you cancel within less than an hour of your visit, a $99 fee will apply.

If one of our ZOOM+Care Specialists referred you for surgery, call our Help Team at (503) 684-8252 to schedule. We currently don't schedule surgeries online.
If our providers decide you need to see a specialist, they'll refer you to a ZOOM+Care Specialist. If we don't offer the specialist care you need, we'll refer you to one of our ZOOM+Care Partners to make sure you're getting the best care.
Yes! If English is your second language, we have bilingual doctors and interpretive services.
Check if your doctor is bilingual:

2. Click on the doctor's name and it will take you to their profile.
3. Languages spoken are listed.

1. Arrive at least 15 minutes early for your scheduled visit.

To schedule a referral outside of Zoom, go to zoomcare.com, or use the iOS App.
First, find the referral in your Timeline.
Second, check if the doctor is in-network.
Contact your insurance company and give them the doctor's information. They'll confirm if the doctor is in-network with your plan. If the doctor isn't in network, you can use the referral for any doctor that your health insurer covers.
Finally, share your record with the doctor.
To share your records, download each visit as a PDF. You can access your medical records, including upcoming and past visits, labs, and X-rays, from your Timeline.
