While we accept most insurance plans, there are a few we are not contracted with, including Providence, Medicaid, and Kaiser.
If we do not take your insurance, we are happy to transfer the prescription to another pharmacy or fill it for a competitive out-of-pocket price.
ZoomCare Pharmacy refills can be requested in a number of ways:
We recommend refilling your prescription 5-7 days before your supply runs out.
Yes! We can receive prescriptions from outside providers via fax, phone, e-script, or hard copy.
ZoomCare pharmacy will charge the patient portion of your prescription to the preferred card in your account.
Patients who do not have a card on file will be contacted for billing information before a prescription is filled.
Once your prescription is filled, it will be mailed via USPS First Class and should arrive within 1-3 business days.
