What are the hours of operation for ZOOM+Care Pharmacy?

We are in the office Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m.- 4 p.m.

What insurance plans does ZOOM+Care accept?

While we accept most insurance plans, there are a few we are not contracted with, including Providence, Medicaid, and Kaiser.

If we do not take your insurance, we are happy to transfer the prescription to another pharmacy or fill it for a competitive cash price.

How do I request a refill?

ZOOM+Care Pharmacy refills can be requested in a number of ways:

  • Via our website at https://meds.zoomcare.com
  • Using your phone and downloading the RefillRX app
  • Call our pharmacy directly at 503-941-3807

We recommend refilling your prescription 5-7 days before your supply runs out.

Does ZOOM+Care Pharmacy accept prescriptions from other providers?

Yes! We can receive prescriptions from outside providers via fax, phone, e-script, or hard copy.

How do I pay for my prescription?

ZOOM+Care pharmacy will charge the patient portion of your prescription to the preferred card in your account.

Patients who do not have a card on file will be contacted for billing information before a prescription is filled.

How long does it take for my prescription to arrive from ZOOM+Care Pharmacy?

Once your prescription is filled, it will be mailed via USPS First Class and should arrive within 1-3 business days.

How can I ask a pharmacist a question about my medication?

Our pharmacists are available for counseling Monday through Friday, from 8AM to 4PM. Please give us a call at 503-941-3807, and we’ll be happy to help.
