We accept most major health insurance plans, including Medicare. Out-of-pocket expenses are determined by your copay and deductible. Coverage can vary based on type of visit. Most of our visits are billed as primary care, though specialized services and ZoomCare Super bill as specialist care. Call your insurance provider to see if you’re in-network.

Can I visit Urgent Care without an appointment?

We get it — when you need urgent medical care, there isn’t always time to schedule an appointment online. Luckily, if you find yourself near a ZoomCare clinic that offers Urgent Care, you can walk right in and schedule a clinic visit with our front desk care team. It’s important to note that our walk-in clinic availability varies from location to location.

Which vaccinations can I get at ZoomCare?

At ZoomCare, we offer Tdap and HPV vaccines. These are recommended vaccines to keep you healthy and protected. Remember — preventative care is key!

Do you treat kids and minors?

Yes, we care for thousands of kids every month! All of our doctors are trained to care for kids' illnesses and injuries. However, Zoom does not offer pediatric well-child visits or pediatric-specific vaccines.

How do I know if I need Urgent Care?

In a nutshell, Urgent Care can support you if you find yourself in a situation that requires urgent medical attention. We are here to support you if you have an injury and/or illness that requires same-day, immediate support.
